WHAT IS THE BEST PRICE?

The pricing listed is the best price offered by the seller, the buyer is able to negotiate with the seller on the price, but the acceptance is at the seller's discretion.

CAN I DO MY OWN PICK UP?

The buyer cannot pick up from the sellers location. Collections and deliveries will be handled by the logistic team to minimise any damages.

I NEED TO ORDER MORE PRODUCTS?

 If the buyer requires additional products after the deal has been made, the buyer must call customer services to see if the seller is able to supply the additional amount the buyer requires. If the seller is unable to supply the buyer, then the customer services team will coordinate with all other sellers to see if they can supply the additional amount required, and will liaise with the buyer.

DO I GET WARRANTY / GUARANTEE?

The warranty / guarantee should be outlined on the seller's information page or by contacting the seller. If unsure, please contact the customer services team.

CAN I GET SAMPLE?

Buyers can request a sample for the purpose of verification of quality. The seller has the right to state whether or not they can supply a sample and if there is a charge for the sample.

HOW DO I GET PAID?

The seller will be paid through their bank account which they provided when they created their account. The payment will be made to the seller once the cooling off period has expired as per the terms and conditions.

HOW DOES THE PRODUCT VERIFICATION WORK?

The admin team will send someone to visit the seller to physically verify the product(s) the buyer or seller has paid. Once the product has been verified all product(s) the buyer or seller has paid for will be marked verified and will display the verified sign if the seller has paid for verification or the buyer will be informed the products have been verified if they have paid for verification.

HOW DOES THIS SHOW INTEREST WORK?

It instructs the seller that the buyer has an interest in a particular product and also informs the logistics team to contact the buyer with transport costs as well as informing them via e-mail of any future bids made on the item they have an interest in purchasing.

ONCE DEAL FIXED, WHAT HAPPEN IF BUYER NOT BUYS THE PRODUCT?

If the buyer doesn’t require the material any more, but the goods have been delivered, the seller may charge a collection and / or restocking fee and this would be deducted from the payment made by the buyer and the remaining amount would be refunded to the buyer. If the goods have not been shipped and the seller is unable to resell the product, they may ask for a reasonable fee from the buyer and the rest of the payment would be refunded to the buyer. This is at the discretion of the seller.

WHAT HAPPEN IF PRODUCT FOUND DEFECTIVE?

If the buyer receives the product damaged (defective) then they are to reject the item and indicate on the delivery note the reason for the rejection. If the product is found defective after accepting it and it is within the terms to report any damages / defects then the buyer must contact customer services with photographic proof of the fault to arrange a return.

 

IS THERE ANY FEE FOR CANCELLATION BEFORE THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED?

If the buyer cancels the order, a cancellation fee of GBP 20 may be applied.
